Residential Lettings Portfolio Manager

We are able to offer a diverse range of professional services across the East Midlands and benefit from a dedicated team of experts with specialist skills ranging from residential agency, valuations, estate management, machinery sales, fine art and agricultural valuation.

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Property Portfolio Manager to join our dedicated Lettings team reporting to our Lettings manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who works well in a team and can also independently manage a portfolio providing that personal touch to their Landlords and Tenants ensuring a lasting relationship. If you have a strong focus on customer service, excellent phone manner, and a genuine interest in property this role could be for you.

As a Property Manager, you will:
• Oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and fully compliant
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors
• Manage tenancy agreements, renewals, and compliance checks
• Oversee maintenance requests, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions
• Conduct property inspections and ensure any necessary works are completed
• Work closely with the lettings team to ensure smooth tenant move-ins and move-outs
• Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience and improve processes
• Ensure systems are up to date

You will have the following skills/experience:
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in property management or lettings (preferred but not essential)

Details
• Hours of work: 9am till 5.00pm Monday to Friday & 1 Saturday in every six 9 am till 12pm
• Driving licence required
• Job Types: Full-time, permanent
• Pay: Dependent on experience
